Join our weekly Cuban Salsa classes in Hampton, designed for dancers of all levels. Whether you are completely new to salsa or looking to refine your technique, our classes provide a welcoming and structured environment to develop your skills and confidence on the dance floor.

Class Schedule

7:30 PM – 7:45 PM – Registration
7:45 PM – 8:30 PM – Cuban Salsa (Complete Beginner Level)
8:30 PM – 9:30 PM – Cuban Salsa (Improver & Intermediate Levels)
9:30 PM – 10:00 PM – Social Dancing

Drop-in classes are available and no partner is required.

Our teaching focuses on the essential elements of social dancing, including:

• Lead and follow connection

• Posture, movement and dance styling

• Core Cuban Salsa patterns and musicality

Classes are taught using a clear and progressive method, making them ideal for both beginners and improvers.

Payments can be made by cash or card (a small 50p fee applies to card transactions).
